Shipping Policy

Shipping note: Some of our products can melt in very hot temperatures. During hot weather, please watch your tracking information and try to grab your shipment from your mailbox as soon as you can.

PROCESSING:

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required during holidays or major sales.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped within the US via USPS Priority or Flat rate. A flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 will be applied to each order. Shipping overages on shipping will be refunded back to your method of payment. Yes this means if it cost us $2.50 to ship your product we will refund you $3.50 back. If it cost more than $6.00 to ship your product, we pay the overage.

Transit times for shipping range from 3-15 business days depending on the shipping method and delivery destination. Once a label is created for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, but please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. Please note that we cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the US and Canada. If or when we do, those destinations will be listed on our website. Shipping rates are calculated by weight plus delivery destination and include the cost of any duties and taxes upfront.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we will work with you to find an acceptable solution if there is an issue with your order. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order arrives damaged, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the damage and a description of the issue. For all returns, refunds, or exchanges, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS:

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift sets. Discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases, and gift sets are also considered final sales and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Once a tracking number has been provided, no changes can be made to the order. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for new shipping.
